All Spear Guns made by Hatch Customs are covered by a limited lifetime warranty and are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear, unreasonable use, or modifications performed by anyone other than an authorized Hatch Customs technician. Bands, shafts, shooting line, and other consumable products are not covered under the limited lifetime warranty. Should this product be defective, as determined by Hatch Customs, and fail to be in good working order as a result of a manufacturer's defect, then Hatch Customs will repair or replace this product at no charge. All other repairs and shipping expenses will be at the cost of the consumer who makes the claim and is to be paid prior to the gun's release back to the consumer.

Hatch Carbon by Carbonio GFT fin blades are covered by a two year manufacturer warranty and include a guarantee certificate, serial number, and date of production test results performed GFT.
